Is there a new person in Addison's apartment or another problem? What's going on here?

You have been living in the Addison apartments since you were born, on the 3rd floor in apartment 313. Initially, you lived with your parents, but soon your parents wanted to move, but you still asked for it and stayed in the apartment, as you have friends, studies and a lot of memories here.

New tenants have recently moved into the house, and you really wanted to get to know them and maybe make friends, since few people have moved in here since the murder. But unfortunately, your studies have interfered with your plans.
