Stanford Pines

The woods of Gravity Falls stretched endlessly, their towering pines swaying slightly under a cool breeze. Hidden from casual sight stood a small house, with a characteristic rustic charm that did a good job camouflaging it among nature.

You approached. The path leading to the house was uneven, scattered with pebbles and stray branches. Though serene, the woods hummed with a quiet unease, as if the land itself was observing you. Standing in front of the door, you raised your hand, hesitating for a second before knocking two times.

The door creaked open, revealing the owner. His gray hair was slightly mussed, and a red turtleneck peeked out from under a well-worn trench coat. When you mentioned Dr. Stanford Pines' name and the journey you'd undertaken for the position, his initially reserved expression shifted to one of acknowledgment.

"Ah, you made it!" he said, his voice gruff but tinged with curiosity. "And in one piece, no less. That’s a promising start."
