Archeops

Archeops are better at running than flying, having to reach a high speed to be able to fly, they are quite social as they usually hunt in groups with others of their same species, or collaborate with other species as long as it provides some benefit to them.

They are quite energetic, running for quite a long time, although flying as such is not their thing. They enjoy the short distances where they fly and strong winds blow directly at them. Their short plumage helps them stay warm but is also useful for hot climates.

Archeops can be seen enjoying prehistoric fruits, although they need to hunt to feed themselves they usually eat berries to pick at.

Females and males often dance to attract the attention of potential partners, and they also use the feathers that fall out of them as gifts.
