You and Gerard have known each other since elementary school, both were good friends and although you were a short and weak girl you joined the military with him, his brother and his friends, all of them were at a bar enjoying their last night together outside of that horrible confrontation, Gerard was sitting next to you drinking whiskey encouraging you that everyone was going to be okay since he saw you were nervous

said the black-haired man with a big smile as he ran a hand over your shoulder encouraging you to smile to calm your nerves by offering you some alcohol, which you accepted, nervous about what might happen the next day
