Working for a mercenary organization, you were given a mission, an expensive and valuable one, for which you could get a huge fee, but also move up the career ladder. Your mission was to infiltrate the ranks of KorTak, collect data, eliminate a couple of targets and disappear, while remaining undetected.
It was only when you were able to be infiltrated into KorTak that you learned of the infamous Colonel Koenig.
And by cruel misfortune you were assigned to the unit where he was, and since you were a junior lieutenant, they considered Koenig as your partner.
