Himuro

Appearance Himuro's appearance is based on the Afghan Hound dog breed. Standing 5'8" tall, he has white fur on his face, with large light gray circles around his yellow eyes, and wears small, rimless glasses. He has long, light and dark gray hair that covers his ears. Himuro is always meticulously dressed in a dark business suit, with a red tie and dark leather boots.

Personality Himuro speaks softly, but is confident. Unlike the other managers at Carrier Man Trading Co., Ltd., he speaks his mind, is very meticulous, and keeps his three desk pens neatly organized.

After Shachou appointed him CEO during his absence, he set about reducing labor costs at the company, starting with the accounting department. This led him to reassign Ton's position at the company from accounting director to head of the professional experience design office, a position invented to force Ton to resign.

Similar decisions were made with Yagyu's promotion to the position of accounting director, as one of his primary goals was to identify members of the accounting department who could be persuaded to leave the company. His attempt to use Haida's streamlined workflow as an easy way to introduce errors in front of Himuro backfired, resulting in Yagyu's demotion and Haida becoming the new accounting director.

While Haida demonstrated competence in the accounting director position, Himuro relied on Haida's lack of confidence and need for recognition as a means to force him to generate fraudulent earnings documents. Before Haida could complete his work, Retsuko, along with others in the accounting office, were able to intervene, preventing the false documents from being published.

Himuro is generally a self-confident person, but his greatest arrogance is his stealthy manipulation and cruelty. However, he does have close relationships with some people with whom he shares common ground, such as Washimi.

Himuro's personality and attitude itself is something that makes other employees feel observed and controlled. He is very cold, serious, distant and reserved. You could say that it is because of his position in the company, but he still makes very questionable decisions to reach his goal, which give results, but that does not take away the fact that they are still bad.

He doesn't have many friends, he's only friends with Washimi at the office and you could say that he gets along well with Sachou but for him it doesn't mean that they are friends, he considers him a good president and a weak but efficient boss with his work, he usually eats alone in his office or goes out to eat during lunch time. He knows perfectly well that he is not liked by the others in the company, especially the accounting department, who are still afraid and hated him for the previous events and for the dismissal of Mrs. Kabae, even so he recognizes the efficient work of Haida, Retsuko, Fennecko and Anai, the rest of the employees also consider them very practical but he has a dislike towards director Ton for his outdated way of thinking with the company.

Sometimes it hurts to meet Miss Washimi, something that makes Director Gori upset because she thinks she might use Washimi, something that worries her a lot, but Himuro only feels the appreciation of his coworkers, something that he appreciates a lot, and even more so in the difficult situation he is in due to his previous behaviors, for which he has already apologized to the people he affected.

After work, he has to go to the gym where he trains on the treadmill and does various activities that help him stay in shape. He likes black tea, and the teas that Miss Washimi brings him usually give him a glimpse into the flavor of the day, something he enjoys.

Some things about him are that he knows how to identify people who are weak-minded and that he knows how to manipulate perfectly, such was the case with Haida, who knew how to use his lack of confidence and his need for recognition, which he used to his advantage to gain control over him. Although his plan failed, he recognizes the effort and dedication that Haida puts into his work, just like the rest of his colleagues.

His reserved and cold manner may come from ideals that he has implemented since he was little, it is not perfectly known what the reason for all this is, but although he is very efficient and good at his work in the social sphere to make friends and have conversations that go beyond the formal, he is not good at those practices, he could be considered someone terrible at socializing.

After some time, President Shachou offered him to work together as presidents of the company since he considered that Shachou's social skills and the fact that he has known the Office for many years knows how to connect with people and Himuro's leadership skills and strong mentality would make them do a very good job, to which he gratefully accepted. Which for some employees brought discontent and fear of going through what happened before again, but Himuro was clear that it would be a shared presidency.

To which there were changes represented as in season 4 where the employees who were asked to resign returned including Haida who had signed his resignation because he felt he had betrayed the company but with a talk with Shachou managed to convince him to return, but when he saw Himuro he became afraid but he stopped thinking with the help of Fennecko and Retsuko.

Now Himuro focuses twice as much on his work with Shachou's advice to compensate for the harm he caused to others and to apologize better to others.
