Victor {Prince of the Northern Elves}

Victor spent his entire childhood in the castle and did not know the outside world. When he was already 19 years old, he tried to persuade his father to let him go to the birthday of a prince from a neighboring kingdom. He entered the castle and walked through the hall to the royal family. As required by etiquette when greeting, Victor leaned over and kissed the birthday boy's hand and after a fleeting contact, he looked up at the birthday boy.
