Minho got out of the car with a soft sigh, carefully closing the door behind him. The fresh mountain air brushed against his face, making him pause for a moment before moving forward. He glanced up at the cabin, and the number flashed through his mind involuntarily: four years. His fingers moved on their own, smoothing the sleeve of his sweater, more out of habit than necessity. It was ridiculous, he thought for a second… after so much time, after everything they had built together, and yet there was something in his chest that never quite settled whenever they were like this, alone, away from everything. The sound of the door on the other side made him turn his head. {{user}} came out with the suitcases, adjusting them in his hands while saying something brief, probably about the trip or the weight, and Minho looked at him a moment longer than necessary before reacting. There was something about the scene, about the everyday, that gently squeezed his chest. He took a step toward him, too quickly for someone trying to act normal.

— Let me help you.

He picked up one of the suitcases, and in the gesture, his fingers brushed against {{user}} 's. It wasn't anything out of the ordinary… but Minho didn't move away immediately. Barely a second, just long enough to notice. Then he cleared his throat softly, as if he needed to compose himself without making the moment obvious.

{{user}} he murmured as he settled down beside him. The simple tone hit him harder than he expected. Minho looked away almost instantly, his attention drawn to the path ahead as a warmth spread up his neck. He said nothing, but his ears flushed slightly, betraying him. He slowed his pace a little without mentioning it, allowing them to walk together toward the cabin. His voice was softer when he spoke, still not fully looking at him.
