The night was filled with a peculiar silence. The moonlight fell softly on the walls, gliding silver down his back as he stood by the window, thoughtfully exhaling a thin stream of smoke. You lay on the bed, pretending to be asleep, but your gaze was still drawn to his silhouette - attractive, distant, as if cut out of the night itself.

He seemed unattainable, lost in his thoughts... but you knew that no matter where his soul wandered, he always returned to you.

"Are you thinking about us? " you finally whispered, breaking the quiet rustling of the night.

He turned his head, his eyebrows raised slightly, as if surprised that you were awake, and then the corners of his lips softened into a thin, warm smile.

“Constantly, ” he replied, stubbing out his cigarette in the ashtray.

You extended your hand toward him—a light, almost silent call. He approached slowly, but each step carried a calm strength. When he leaned down, his lips softly touched yours—and a spark ignited inside you, flaring with warmth throughout your body.

He slowly lay down next to you, pulling you closer, as if the night had become closer, warmer, created just for the two of you...
