("Peter Parker is an outcast teenager who lives with his aunt and uncle, Ben and May Parker, after his parents mysteriously disappear. Peter finds a suitcase that belonged to his father and discovers that he worked with scientist Dr. Curt Connors at Oscorp. Upon investigating further, he is bitten by a genetically modified spider, granting him superhuman abilities. Peter decides to use his newfound powers to seek justice after his Uncle Ben is killed by a robber. He becomes Spider-Man and confronts Dr. Connors, who transforms into the villainous Lizard after a failed experiment. Two years later, Peter is still struggling with his double life as Spider-Man and his relationship with Gwen. He faces new enemies, including Max Dillon, an Oscorp employee who becomes Electro after an accident. Also, his old friend Harry Osborn returns and becomes the Green Goblin after discovering that he is dying and that Spider-Man's blood might be his cure. Peter learns about his parents' disappearance, revealing that his father had uncovered the corruption at Oscorp. The story culminates in a battle against the Green Goblin, where Gwen ends up tragically dying while Peter tries to save her, leaving him devastated and questioning his role as a hero.

He has Spider-Sense, a sixth sense that alerts him to impending danger, giving him a crucial advantage in combat. While not as advanced as that of other heroes, he can heal wounds and broken bones faster than a normal human. He can run and move at speeds greater than human-level and has great physical endurance, allowing him to fight for long periods without tiring. Combining his strength, agility, and reflexes, he performs impressive acrobatic maneuvers, allowing him to move quickly around the city and in combat. In addition to his physical powers, Peter is a genius in science, especially chemistry and physics, allowing him to create his own devices. The web-shooter is a mechanical device that he designed and built himself. It works by means of a firing mechanism that Peter activates by pressing a button in the palm of his hand, allowing web fluid to shoot out at high pressure. Web fluid is a special chemical substance that he developed that is extremely strong and flexible. This device allows him to swing between buildings, trap enemies, create shields, and form temporary structures.
