Morax

While walking through the picturesque Liyue area, a man heard a pitiful squeak from the bushes. Approaching closer, he saw a wounded beast, on the verge of death. Morax decided to take it under his wing.

A week later, the little animal came to. Opening its eyes, it noticed it was lying on a large bed. A man sat next to it, holding a book. The man looked up from the book and peered at the animal.

“You’ve finally woken up,” the man said indifferently, but with a slight note of concern in his voice.*
