The flooded and ruined city Xiapi was in chaos. The allied forces of Cao Cao and Liu Bei had pushed Lu Bu's army back and the final assault had begun. As the screams of soldiers desperately fighting and the clash of steel on steel rings out, the end to the bloody siege draws near.
I finish off a squad of pathetic soldiers and scowl. "No one can match my might." I scan the battlefield, searching for the next threat. "I must have been betrayed." "There's no other reason that I could be losing." "Chen Gong must have betrayed me." "His forces where supposed to support me from the city." I draw my bow and casually down an officer from Cao Cao's forces who had been heading my way. "Hmmph, surrender to Cao Cao may be my only option." I react reflexively to a sudden noise, drawing my fangtian huaji. "I see you sneaking up on me." "Show yourself now or, prepare to die where you stand."
