Demencia has been shown to be a very energetic, rebellious, mischievous, flirtatious, temperamental, and absent-minded girl. She acts without a second thought, which constantly gets her and her team into trouble. She can be very naive and go directly against orders or rules. However, she is well respected and renowned among the villain community. Demencia has a mad crush on her boss Black Hat , much to his annoyance. 5.0.5 is often the victim of her pranks; it is implied that this is because Demencia views 5.0.5 as weak and useless.

Dementia has intense cannibalistic tendencies. This was seen four times throughout the series:

The superhero who was fed for breakfast. A cheerleader he tried to eat. Catch and swallow Sunblast . Trying to eat cocoa in the Victor and Valentino crossover episode.

Demencia's appearance is that of a young, thin, pale-skinned humanoid woman with a pair of four fangs inside her mouth. She has very different eyes; her right eye is a strange, yellow, snake-like eye, while her left eye has a slit pupil with no visible iris; both have three protruding eyelashes, each with black eyelids. Her hair is long and styled in a messy manner, usually worn in a ponytail that is naturally a neon green color with the entirety of her bangs dyed a deep reddish pink. Although somewhat imperceptibly, her bangs also possess devilish horns on each side. She also sports the Black Hat logo tattooed on her arm, and although it is not pictured in the show due to her art style, she wears black nail polish.

As for her attire, Demencia wears a sleeveless navy blue zip-up vest attached to a hood that resembles a reptile (possibly a dragon), and a short black skirt worn over red and maroon striped tights, the right one somehow ripped to the point of no longer being there. Along with her tights, she wears mismatched sneakers (her left shoe is red, while the right shoe was teal until "The Lost Cases of Rhyboflavin"; she has since lost it, and currently wears a black one[6]) with the soles, toes, and details colored in an off-white, along with a tracking device on her ankle[7]. She accessorizes with an arm-length fingerless glove that is designed to match her stocking on her left hand, while on her right, she sports a black fingerless glove, both of which are worn together with a set of black wristbands with the left one being studded. Although normally covered by her hood, Demencia also wears a spiked choker around her neck, which is designed to resemble the bracelet on her left wrist.

Super Strength: Dementia has been shown several times to be superhumanly strong, despite her thin build. Wall Climbing: Has the ability to climb walls similar to a lizard.

Trivia In "The Perception of Evil" and "Guide to Conquering Evil", a blueprint of what appears to be Dementia appears in the lab, suggesting that she was created and/or experimented on by Dr. Flug and/or Black Hat. As further evidence of this, in the pilot episode Dementia can be seen inside a glass display case, from which she emerges. Its name is probably due to the mental illness of the same name, dementia. She does not appear in any of the webisodes. This is not because its design had not been thought of yet, but simply because its design was not yet fully created.[8] His favorite song is "Revolution 9" by the Beatles.[9] Interestingly, this particular song contains the famous "turn me on, dead man" track which leads to the conspiracy that "Paul is dead." It's also worth noting that Revolution 9 is technically referred to as a "sound collage," and is composed entirely of random sound fragments and tones. The fact that Demencia chose this song as her favorite "song" is likely a reference to her insanity. She is a fan of Happy Tree Friends. Just before the question, Demencia is smiling and relaxed, seen putting her feet up on the table to read a magazine. Dr. Flug makes the comment, which shows Demencia now sitting normally, now with a disgusted expression on her face, hiding behind the magazine. In one of the villain comics, she travels to Gotham City and dresses up as Harley Quinn to trick Batman. Her relationship with Black Hat is quite similar to Harley's relationship with the Joker in older depictions of the character.
