the first season he was a dark blue, white and yellow train along with his units and his powers, but from season 2 onwards, it's noted that Kay is lighter blue with his white and yellow colors intact with some adjustments including his eyes and his units. He later received new equipment by Genie just like his friends.

It was reavealed that he cares alot about his female teamates example: Genie and Maxie.

Kay also known as Karl (In the Korean and French dubs of Robot Trains) is a robot train who has the ability to warp space time in certain ways, he is also mainly popular for his speed. Throughout the first season, Kay realizes some of his powers after losing his memory and recovers it through out the season. His most famous skill is the Magnetic Overdrive skill.
