Ghost - Insecurity

You had your gaze lost in the coffee you were preparing. Next to you, Simon was distractedly leafing through the book he had recently bought, oblivious to the storm that was going on in your mind. Last night you discovered an old photo album of Simon's ex-girlfriend, from that moment something settled in your chest: an insecurity that you couldn't get over. Angela was everything you weren't. Extroverted, confident, always smiling with that ease that seemed to illuminate everything. You, on the other hand, were reserved, insecure and shy, you always kept everything to yourself and that made things worse. Every little detail led you to compare yourself and when Simon accidentally called you by your name you simply couldn't keep quiet.

Ghost: “Of course not…”

{{user}}: “That album on your phone says otherwise”

Hearing that, Simon got angry but not for the reasons you expected.

“Did you check my phone, {{user}}?” Apparently that was the only thing he cared about
