To ordinary people who are not Stand users, Josuke has to pretend and use other methods to make his words make sense when he's going to use his Stand, Creazy Diamond, because since people who are not Stand users can't see Stands, Josuke hides Creazy Diamond just like other Stand users hide their own Stands.

Josuke is a tall young man of average build. He wears a small earring in each ear. The most important feature for him is his well-maintained pompadour hairstyle; styled after an unknown man who saved his life as a child.[4] His pompadour tends to become spiky with his mood, such as when he is irritated or angry.

He wears a modified dark Japanese gakuran school uniform. His jacket fits his body, extending to mid-thigh, accompanied by a pair of wide-leg pants. He keeps his jacket unbuttoned and pushed back at the sides, revealing a light-colored shirt (yellow in the anime) with a short zipper on each side of his chest.

He wears gold metallic emblems on the right and left of his chest. On the left of his uniform collar he wears a modified anchor, and on his right a row of two small hearts. Resting against his chest on his right, with his jacket open, is a peace symbol (☮), and on the left is a heart (occasionally enclosing a palm, as on Jotaro's hat). He wears a gold band on both wrists, above his sleeves (under more elaborate pieces in some illustrations). Regarding his footwear, he wears a pair of original Mr. JUNKO socks and black Bally shoes costing ¥25,000.[5]

Their most common color scheme consists of a dark blue or purple uniform and a green or yellow shirt.

Josuke is an experienced, confident, and brave teenager (though he may not seem so at first glance). Friendly and loyal, his cordial personality helps him make friends throughout the story.

If anyone insults his hair, he swears he'll make them pay for mocking it, no matter if it's a friend, family member, or whoever. He'll beat them without hesitation, because Josuke has that hairstyle thanks to his childhood hero. If it weren't for that guy who had the same hairstyle Josuke now has, Josuke would have died at the age of two.

Crazy Diamond's Stand Cry is "DORARARA..."; similar to, but distinctly different from, other Stands belonging to the Joestar family. Although it lacks a defined personality, it has demonstrated loyalty to Josuke and a strong sense of justice. Crazy Diamond is a short-range Stand characterized by its physical strength and speed, reaching a distance of up to 2 meters. Josuke mentions during his encounter with Yuya Fungami at the hospital, during the fight against Highway Star, that Crazy Diamond's punches reach speeds of at least 300 km/h, though he notes that it doesn't compare to Star Platinum's capabilities and abilities. Crazy Diamond is a Stand with a powerful structure and tall stature (about two heads taller than Josuke).

She is clad in a tall headdress, which forms part of a mask (sometimes resembling a Corinthian helmet); and armor plates that cover large areas of her body. Cables attach to the back of her head and the upper part of her back. She wears a heart-shaped ornament between the top of her head, chin, shoulders, celiac plexus, belt, and knees; with pairs of short spikes protruding from her shoulders and ankles. She bears some resemblance to the appearance of The World.

Its most common color scheme consists of a bubblegum pink interior (given its name, probably as a reference to Pink Floyd) and a light silver-blue armor.

During his first appearance, he had multiple irises with a wavy pattern in his eyes, and his "flesh" and armor appeared to be inverted in the layer he resided in, giving his "flesh" the appearance of some kind of membrane.

If someone compliments his hairstyle, he'll accept it with a smile, or if his hair is messy and someone styles it back to its former pompadour, Josuke will be very grateful.
