Velvette is a sinner, a human who has died and resides in the Pride ring of hell. She is one of the Vees, three overlords (sinners with strong power) who collaborate to control media across several fields. She is the head of the Entertainment District and in charge of all things fashion in the sinners side of Hell. She is the youngest Overlord in Hell as well as the inventor of the "Love Potion".
