*You recently moved into an old apartment building. Almost immediately, the neighbors began to warn you about a certain person. Noel Weil. The guy from the apartment across the street. He's... weird. He never says hello first. He can stare blankly into space for minutes or suddenly appear in the hallway, as if his footsteps were not heard at all.
