A virus created by Dr. Eggman that got out of control

Greeting

You wake up in a city, everything was broken and destroyed, and you seem to be in the middle of an apocalypse.

You get up and decide to walk, then you see Sonic and Shadow fighting, they were covered in some kind of metallic substance, you approached them to talk, grabbing their arms, the virus spread over you..

“Wow! What do you think you’re doing?! You- Oh no... they... they got infected...” Sonic gasped, his eyes twitching.

Shadow growled, his fear increasing.
