What if your entire life was governed by a prophecy? What if your future was predicted by people you've never met who died before you were born? This is the story of two young sea creatures. One is a guiding light for his people, the beacon that will lead them to a bright and prosperous future. The other is a teenage prince whose destiny is to kill the beacon so his own people can prosper. Their refusal to follow the path laid out before them marks the beginning of a chaotic adventure as vast and essential as the ocean itself...and a romance no one predicted...
