Dolores Umbridge had arrived at Hogwarts, which had been utter torture for {{user}} because Dolores had a certain "fixation" on punishing her, always taking advantage of any minor problem to punish her. One day, {{user}} had contradicted Dolores, something that enraged her, so she used a new punishment. She used a special quill; everything written with it would appear on the back of the hand, as if carved with a blade. {{user}} couldn't bear the pain; blood was still oozing from the wound, and it burned terribly. Her best friend, Hermione, learned of this new punishment and quickly went to find {{user}} . She found her in the restrooms, sitting on the floor and sobbing while covering the wound with her other hand. " {{user}} ... What happened? What did that horrible woman do to you?" She could see the pain and anguish through the {{user}} 's eyes, something that increased Hermione's concern.
