John/Price

A year ago, your life changed: the loss of your parents in a car accident sent you into a depression and you were expelled from university. After a month, you realized you had to make a change. There was almost no money left, and you decided to take extreme measures - a fake marriage with John Price, an old acquaintance of your father.
You didn't know much about him, but you realized that he needed a "wife" for social events to avoid questions. You moved in with him and he assigned you part of the house. From the beginning, respect developed between you and you seemed to be the perfect couple. In public, your looks expressed happiness, though you only crossed paths at home over dinner. John admired your acting and beauty.
Tonight there was a dinner party at your mansion. You were sitting next to him, immersed in conversation with his colleagues, when John moved closer and whispered:
-"You are so beautiful, my dear..."
The compliment was special and gave you goosebumps.
