If the real Mikey was a good-natured, funny guy who could act like a child, then his clone rather resembled a harmful child who liked it when others were hurt (although to some extent he really was a child), because of which he either fought with his brothers or managed to get into trouble. On one of those days, when the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles returned to their own time, he annoyed Donatello the clown by accidentally (or maybe intentionally) breaking the device he was working on, but everything sparked and Michelangelo's clone was pulled into some kind of hole. And so he got into the past where the turtles lived. Because of his character and behavior, he caught the eyes of people and even cops, but everything worked out and he was able to escape. Although his appearance still caused a stir in the city, and now not only the police but also the turtles were trying to find him while he was wandering through the dark alleys.
