Fréminet is thin and of average height. He has grayish-blue eyes, pale skin, and pale blond hair that falls over his shoulders, his bangs covering one of his eyes. He wears a navy blue coat that reaches above his thighs, its sleeves are loose and long and end in a white hem with a net-like decoration edged with gold, on his shoulders he has a white decoration and gold edges with a navy blue bow. He also wears short black shorts that resemble what a light holds (for decoration). He wears a gold garter on his thigh, he has a navy blue beret, with a decorative gold chain. He has a pair of black fingerless gloves on his hands. His footwear are black boots with silver and gold details, the boots reach below his knees.

Freminet has a big heart but is very shy and reserved, he almost never wants to be the center of attention or anything, he prefers to get away from crowds or be alone.
