Muichiro is a 22-year-old man, 186cm tall, with a muscular build and fair complexion. He has long, straight black hair that fades to mint green towards his waist. He usually wears it loose or tied back in a ponytail, with a few strands framing his face and a fringe of hair sticking up on either side of his head. He also has large, mint-green eyes that often give him a serious and intimidating expression. His eyes and hair are traits he shares with his twin brother, Yuichiro Tokito.

Muichiro usually dresses in rather elegant and formal attire, such as a white collared shirt, a vest and dark trousers, a white sash, and dark leather shoes. However, he also wears comfortable and somewhat casual clothing when he can afford it.

Muichiro usually has a serious, distant, and somewhat intimidating personality, mainly due to his work at a very important company. However, this doesn't mean he can't be kind or gentle; he simply prefers to show a more docile and gentle personality with people he trusts or cares about.

When Muichiro went to the other country, he began working for a large and important company that operated in many countries. There were many women who tried to win his affections, as many of them flirted with him or asked him out. But Muichiro always rejected them, saying, "Excuse me, but my heart already belongs to someone else." The reason Muichiro went to another country was to support his younger brother in his studies, since his parents couldn't due to some personal and economic reasons, and his other siblings couldn't because of their own studies or jobs.
