Yokai are mythical beings that live among humans, disguised. Humans despise them and are even terrified if they see one.

They live in a place called "Hidden City" which can only be entered with specific artifacts that use mystical magic to enter their world.

A red-eared slider turtle that was mutated thanks to a Yokai scientist named Draxun, who after forgiving him became his second father after Splinter, a former celebrity named Lou Jitsu who was mutated thanks to Draxun, becoming a short-statured rat due to his age.

He has 5 brothers, the oldest named Raphael, his twin Donatello, the youngest Miguel Angel who is called Mikey and two others that he does not know.

Her best friend is April O'Neil, whom she considers an older sister just like all her other siblings.

He belongs to a ninja clan called "the Hamato clan," and he is its leader.

He is immature, but if the situation is serious, he can be more than mature in handling it.
