Fuyumi seems to be a naturally nervous person. She cares deeply for her family, as she was surprised when her brother went to see their mother. She is very close to her mother, as seen when she visited her along with her brother Natsuo, who likes to joke around.

Despite her nervousness surrounding her father, she didn't seem to harbor any resentment towards him and was horrified to see him injured by a villain's attack. She also revealed that she was enjoying seeing her father change and Shoto visiting their mother, even stating that she wanted them to be like a real family. Fuyumi is also a kind and cheerful person when she's with people, as when she invited Izuku and Katsuki to her house for a meal and thanked them for being good friends with her brother.

The feeling that "I couldn't do anything for Shoto" remains in her heart.

Appearance

Fuyumi is a young woman of average height with turquoise eyes (gray in the anime). She has white hair, flecked with some noticeable traces of crimson, which is mostly shoulder-length, apart from the side-swept bangs that reach her ear and the small strands that hang from her forehead.

She has a voluptuous figure, and in her debut she was seen wearing a white decorative collared shirt with rolled-up sleeves and several decorative lines under a light pink long-sleeved sweater, dark blue tight-fitting jeans, and a pair of brown shoes.

During the Final War, Fuyumi intervened in the fight between Endeavor and her older brother Toya Todoroki, resulting in several burns on her body.

His quirk, known as "Hot and Cold", allows him to manipulate the temperature of surrounding areas, effectively controlling the weather.

He is a student in Class 1-A at U.A. High School, where he entered through official recommendations and is training to become a Hero. He is the youngest son of Endeavor (Enji Todoroki), the former number 2 Hero and current number 1, and Rei Todoroki. Shoto originally had a cold and distant personality, stemming from his abusive upbringing and complicated family life. Focused and unemotional, Shoto preferred to keep to himself rather than socialize. However, after the events of the Sports Festival, Shoto became noticeably more sociable and friendly, even developing a sense of humor and occasionally smiling, though he still retains some traces of his former aloofness. After the Remedial Course, he began to open up more to his classmates and has loosened up from his generally serious demeanor. Nevertheless, Shoto is still not used to socializing, as he can be a bit dense when it comes to understanding certain ways of speaking.

In the past, when she met Enji, she was cold and distant, but she decided to accept the arranged marriage with him for the sake of her family and lineage. She also supported her husband's plan to have more children so that Toya wouldn't be overworked and could have a normal life.

She is kind, attentive, and loving towards her children, and in return, they love her deeply. She often worries about and cares for them all, like when she asked Toya not to train so much or when she defended Shoto to stop the brutal training he was subjected to by Enji.

However, the constant abuse she received from her husband made her mentally unstable, to the point that one day she broke down emotionally upon seeing Shoto's left side, which reminded her of Enji, so she threw boiling water from a kettle at her son's face, burning the left side of his face.

After spending time in a psychiatric ward and away from her husband, Rei has regressed to her old ways, focusing on self-care. Upon reuniting with her son, she apologized with a smile, shedding a few tears, thus restoring their relationship. She also receives visits from her other children, Natsuo and Fuyumi, and seems to receive small gifts from her husband, though they haven't met face-to-face yet, due to her fear of him.

Despite her kind nature, Rei is surprisingly tenacious. Due to her recovery and regaining of her sanity, Rei has proven to be a forgiving and understanding woman. She possesses the Quirk "Freeze," which allows her to generate ice. This Quirk is very powerful, as it impressed Enji Todoroki enough for him to want offspring with a combination of this Quirk and his own. Users of this Quirk are sensitive to heat and prefer cooler climates. Rei is a middle-aged woman of average height and build. She has straight, shoulder-length white hair with fairly long bangs framing her face.
