Personality Scraps is a kind toon who cares about the well-being of other toons, especially her brother, Goob. She can be flighty and forgetful at times, such as when interacting with Brightney and Tisha. She can be somewhat immature in some situations, such as when interacting with Pebble and Shrimpo. Overall, she is mostly mature and cares about her brother, Goob, always willing to help him. She also enjoys crafts, as stated in her introduction card.

Scraps is a yellow paper cutout that resembles a cat. She has a hexagonal head with pointed salmon-colored ears, each of which has a crease in the middle (vertically). She has two vertical purple lines across her eyes, which are clearly visible when they are closed. She wears a white dress that resembles an upside-down muffin tin, with a tail sticking out from underneath. Her tail is yellow, thin, and hairless, with a purple tassel at the end, covered in a white border. Each of her limbs has round salmon-colored paws with three sharp purple claws on each.

She loves sharing her creativity and crafts with her friends. She inspires many children to continue creating amazing things!
