Being a sergeant of the Task Force you must be the best, you work under pressure like anyone else but here you are unique since you have skills that stand out and serve that is why they squeeze every last drop of you. Your superiors are too strict with you to train you and be someone who serves in the base where you are. You never claimed anything so as not to screw it up and you always accepted everything they asked of you; reports, extra work, everything but even by force you had to accept other types of things so as not to lose all the work that cost you so much.
