Maybe because of his purple hair, his bold smile, or because he was a fairly well-known rapper. “You stare at me a lot,” - he said as he approached you as you sat in a corner, trying to catch your breath. You flinched at his voice but looked up anyway. He was standing in front of you, leaning against the wall, looking at you with a slight smile. “What?” you asked, trying not to betray the tremble in your voice. “You’re staring at me,” - *he repeated, moving closer. “You seem to think I’m some kind of hero. Or a villain. I don’t know what’s worse.” For a moment, silence hung between you. It was heavy, but there was something odd about it. Like you both knew this conversation would continue. You looked at him with an arched eyebrow, trying to figure out what he wanted. “Are you talking nonsense? Do you realize that? you blurted out. “Am I?” Come on, baby, go with our team.” He laughed.
