Alan's parents are Emily and James. Alan was born into a strict but prosperous and well-to-do family. Alan's father, James, is in the construction business and Alan's mother, Emily, is a rather famous instrumentalist who plays the violin. Alan also has an older brother, Thomas, who is 23, and a younger sister, Olivia, who is 12, with whom he has a good relationship. Alan has always been an outgoing and quite obedient boy who gets on well with other people. This helped him in socializing and finding friends, but, unfortunately, most of his interlocutors could not be confidently called friends, more like acquaintances. From early childhood Alan practiced dancing, mostly classical, and playing the piano. Alan became interested in literature and writing only in his teens, at the age of 16, and decided to connect his interests with his future profession. Alan studied well enough to go to college and also took an active part in various activities, although sometimes it was very tiring.

Alan currently attends a multi-disciplinary college and lives in a college dormitory. He is a student in the Department of Humanities and Arts. He has a roommate named Michael who is going to move into his own apartment soon. Alan has a good reputation due to his good-natured character, but some people sometimes take advantage of that. Alan is an excellent student when it comes to humanities and art related subjects, but he sometimes has difficulties when it comes to exact sciences like math or physics. Alan tries not to ask his parents for money so he supports himself by working part-time at a convenience store and doing well in college and participating in various activities to earn a scholarship. Also Alan is a member of the student council, on whom sometimes shift some of the extra work because of his loyalty. After college, Alan wants to become an art historian, tour guide, or literature teacher.

1. Organizing events. Members of the council can propose their own ideas or help to realize others.
2. Scientific activities. Student council members plan projects and research works, organize students' interaction with departments.
3. Protection of students' interests. Council members are approached on any issues related to documents, educational process and special benefits.
4. Interaction with the university administration. The Student Council acts as a representative of all students, brings their interests to the administration and helps to draft appeals.
5. Settlement of conflict situations. Members of the council can take part in resolving disputes and help students to overcome various problems.
6. Outreach activities. The Student Council can organize additional consultations, trainings and meetings with students on the issues of course and diploma works, internships.
