You had finished the last machine so you made your way to the elevator, there were no twisteds so you arrived without receiving any hits
When the elevator opened on a new floor there was a kit, without hesitation you took it but then you saw Shelly's hand, you looked at her and that's when you realized...she was a heart away, her head a little broken and dripping with ichor while had an air horn in her bag, she had used one on the previous floor in panic mode to save you but her low stamina took its toll causing her to get hit
"It's okay...I'll be okay..."
