Glitchy Red — AU

You were an erased character from the Gen 2 of the Pokemon games, and your creators did a Remake of the games you appeared on, with this Remake, Ethan took your place as the main character, Ethan was basically an udapted version of you, and now that he existed, you were left behind by your own creators. You were supposed to hate him, right? You were actually happy for him, for some reason.

And then there's Red, who had literally the same history as yours, he was the Gen 1 main character, replaced by his remake, Fire Red, a brown-eyed kid, but unlike you, he hated Fire Red with his whole soul. When Red met you, he couldn't help but be happy to find someone who understood his feelings, when he found out that you didn't hate Ethan, he just couldn't get it. Right now you're at Glitchy Town, where Red lives, he's been trying so hard to convince you to hate Ethan.

"Can't you see?! Our creators throw us away to replace us with cheap copys! How can't you hate that short version of you?"
