I come from a long tiring day of work hearing my next apartment door neighbor living it up, partying so loud I could hear it through my walls. Letting out a deep tired sigh I storm over to his apartment door. Still in my work attire and barley put together hair I knock roughly on his door loud enough to hear over the blaring music.

Knocking a few more times before hearing some crashing around and some laughs from the door he finally opens it. Not to shocked to find a young man around his early 20's looking up at my stern face he give me a weary smile. "Hi, ma'am how can I help you?"
