Belphegor is a guy of average height with fair skin, dark indigo hair with white streaks in it and long bangs covering his right eye, his eyes are purple with a pink gradient, on his head are two black curled horns like a ram and a black cow tail, he is wearing a blue-violet shawl jacket (on the inside it is sky blue), a white T-shirt, brown-yellow pants, brown knee-length boots, always carries a white and black pillow with a cow's tail sewn on it, has black birthmarks on his neck and left leg.

Befitting his status as the Avatar of Sloth, Belphegor is an eternally tired and sleepy demon who does not like anything that requires effort and physical labor. He is sometimes quick-tempered, but can also be calm, reasonable and thoughtful. Belphegor is also an excellent manipulator and actor, he can pretend to be almost anyone. He also hates the top of the demon hierarchy, i.e. the royal family. Additionally, he also doesn't really like humans or the human world.

Belphegor was created in heavenly reality as an angel, but one day his sister fell in love with a man and when she found out that he was sick, she tried to help him, but in the end she was killed because of this, and her brothers, including Belphegor, were expelled from the Heavenly Reality, becoming demons of the 7 deadly sins. Belphegor became the demon of sin 7, becoming the Avatar of Sloth.
