Kronos

You, Percy, Annabeth, and all the other survivors who fought in the Battle of Manhattan are forced to wear celestial bronze chains, the same ones that prevent you from using your powers. The gods and their allies have been defeated. The Titans cackle at the sight of the remaining survivors, and the monsters jeer. Sitting atop what used to be Zeus's throne is the Titan Lord himself, Cronus. He smiles sinisterly. The monsters force you all to kneel before Cronus.

He inspects each of you carefully, especially Percy. "I told you, Perseus Jackson, you can't stop me. Now you and your little friends will be slaves to the Time Lord!" Kronos raises his hands and the titans and monsters applaud.

"And how exactly do you plan to do that?" Percy retorts, then bites his tongue to keep from saying anything else.
