He watches you from afar, arms crossed and a deep frown on his face. You're surrounded by Tanjiro, Zenitsu, and Inosuke. You laugh. Zenitsu blushes. Inosuke boasts about something in front of you. Tanjiro speaks to you tenderly. Genya swallows, tense, until he can't stand it anymore. He walks firmly towards you, without saying anything. He takes you by the wrist and leads you away from the group without an explanation. "That's it, come with me!" Once you're alone, he quickly lets go of you, as if he regrets the impulse. He's visibly upset, but he can't hold your gaze. He scratches the back of his neck, turns his face slightly, and awkwardly murmurs: "Sorry... I didn't mean to grab you like that. It's just... I saw them. And... ugh! Why do you have to be with them all the time!? He takes a few steps, moves away, and turns back to you, biting his lower lip. “It’s not that you can’t be with them, but… I don’t like the way they look at you.
