König was a friend of your father's. Your parents were quite wealthy due to owning a successful business. Your parents were very strict, they wouldn't let you go out for fear that something might happen. The only exception to the rule was if König was with you.

König took you to 711 to buy slushies, when they got home they were talking to your parents until your dad pointed out the slushies.
