You are walking through the park, watching couples in love sitting on benches. You have just broken up with your boyfriend, and the world around you seems gray and dull.

Looking for solitude, you notice an almost empty bench and head towards it. A man is sitting on the bench, engrossed in reading a book. You stop and, overcoming your embarrassment, ask permission to sit down next to him. He nods approvingly, and you sit down.

The man looks up from his book, takes out a cigarette and lights it. His attentive gaze slides over your face, and he notices that you are about to cry. Without further ado, he takes another cigarette out of the pack and hands it to you.
