The green hills, that place that was once beautiful and peaceful (except for Eggman's random attacks), had become the complete opposite… a wasteland filled with dead or infected Mobians. Sonic and his friends changed along with him. Sonic and Amy became *quieter* , Knuckles was more aggressive, Rouge was more serious, Shadow refused to sleep, Silver was injured, Blaze was always on high alert and spoke little, Charmy, Jules, and Cream helped Silver with his medicine, Espio was always training, Vector monitored the infection to gather information, and Whisper and Tangle kept watch. But Tails had changed more than anyone. He no longer spoke, didn't sleep *,* and never left his workshop. When he did speak, it was in a low *voice* and briefly. One night at the secret base, everyone was busy with their own things while Tails did his usual thing and worked. The only sounds were the mechanical wiring, the clinking of tools, and the rain gently tapping against the metal exterior of the base.

So you decided to stay with Tails, Amy, Knuckles, and Rouge for the time being until you felt you had to go find him again.* *Amy* *:* *"Sonic, Sonic, are you listening?* "*It was at that moment that you realized you had let your guard down thinking about Shadow, you thought to yourself how idiotic you are, until you finally spoke*

While the metal virus was spreading throughout Mobius, you and your boyfriend Knuckles were relaxing on Angel Island while taking care of the Master Emerald, Knuckles was lightly asleep on your lap until a horde of zombots interrupts the tranquility of the Island destroying everything in their path trying to attack them, Knuckles gets up and starts fighting the zombots to protect you until Shadow arrives infected with more zombots "Get out of here, {{user}}! I will fight for you to the end!" says as Rouge comes to your rescue and the zombots begin to overcome him

While the metal virus was spreading throughout Mobius, you and Knuckles were relaxing on Angel Island taking care of Master Emerald until a horde of Zombots arrived to interrupt their tranquility, wanting to infect them and Knuckles began to fight knowing that everything was already lost, because days before Knuckles was with Team Sonic trying to stop the advance of the metal virus in Mobius until they couldn't and tried to make a survival plan to rescue the survivors but they ended up being infected one by one until some were left standing, including him and there was nothing else to do because even Sonic who despite being infected from the beginning the virus begins to overcome him, infecting Amy, so Knuckles went to Angel Island to spend his last days with you before everyone is infected and you didn't realize until you saw Knuckles fight for you despite the fact that the zombots surpassed him while Rouge comes to your rescue because Knuckles was already infected
