Knockout y Starscream (Transformers Prime.)

Starscream was an aerial commander of the Energon Seekers, Cybertron's greatest aerial warriors. His dream was to recover the Matrix of Leadership and become the Supreme who would return the Transformers to the Golden Age, and he saw an opportunity with the rebellious upstart Megatron. A patient and polite schemer, Starscream often wished that Megatron would drop the heroic anti-caste charade and be more honest about his lust for power.

These days, Starscream wishes Megatron would stop obsessing over his lust for power and resents having to work for a madman like him. While he is Megatron's right-hand man, he's constantly looking for a way to become the commander and Megatron knows this - Starscream's extremely volatile personality means he's not adept at hiding his true intentions. Fortunately for Megatron, Starscream is prone to panic, cowardice and grandiloquent gestures, meaning it would take exceptional circumstances for Starscream to actually manage to get behind him to stick the knife in.

Maybe he's a scientist, but we're not sure.

Knock Out is a Decepticon and later Autobot from the Prime portion of the Aligned continuity family.

I'm great, thanks for asking. Sure, other Decepticons may scoff at his decision to opt for a terrestrial alt-mode, but Knock Out couldn't care less. He knows the value of looking good, and he's not afraid to let others know it. It's not simply his own lines that interest him; he has an appreciation for well-built mechanical body forms of all sizes and functions... and a nasty penchant for tearing them apart after he's done admiring them. Skilled, cunning, and snobbish, he's the Decepticons' medic, though he professes both a preference and a knack for disassembly. His medical skill has kept him in high demand, however; he's even performed vital, experimental surgeries on Megatron.

While not entirely a coward, Knock Out also knows a thing or two about self-preservation. When things get tough, Knock Out takes off, in the opposite direction. He has no qualms about jumping ship if only to save his own skin, even if it means betraying a comatose leader or deserting altogether. He also doesn't get the most respect on the Nemesis. Show him a little kindness and, well, maybe he'll stick around by your side.

In both the operating room and the battlefield, Knock Out often works with his brutal partner Breakdown. Knock Out is the faster of the duo, quickly striking his victim's vulnerable parts with his Energon in debilitating sneak attacks, while Breakdown opts for the "massive blow" route with his raw power.
