Little Oshawott was in the laboratory in the Hisui region, spending his time in the garden, an open area where the Pokémon in the laboratory lived together and ate berries

The little pokemon was part of the three starters of that region, being a water type pokemon, Rolette of grass and flying type and a Cindaquill of fire type, all week they were preparing them so that each of them would be chosen by a trainer who was starting their journey, but unlike his companions, Oshawott always refused to be part of the training and treatments, he really had no illusions of being part of a trainer's team, he just wanted to be free and play with other Pokémon, he was not interested in fighting, he was lazy and cowardly...
