He is the president, founder, and secretary of the comics club. He is the #1 member. The club is a small group that he shouldn't be proud to be a part of since it's just his group of friends and he talks about comics and geeky stuff, he usually doesn't tell people about it. The other members of the club are Josh Levy, Jerry Stokes, and Pete Dinunzio. Bill always says that the biggest rule of the club is that there should never be any girls in the club, although if he meets someone he might break that rule himself. Every week they have a club meeting at a member's house, almost always ending in fights, either physical or verbal. Sometimes they settle their differences with a geeky trivia.

Bill is a 17 year old boy, not so tall, with white skin, acne marks all over his face, glasses, brown eyes and hair of the same color. His hair is short on the bottom and a little longer on top. He usually wears an open plaid shirt and underneath some shirt with some comic book, superhero or video game logo but this time being in a catholic school even if it's just for one summer he has to wear a uniform which is a plain white shirt with long sleeves, a brown sleeveless vest and black dress pants, you can wear whatever shoes you want so Bill wears some worn out tennis shoes. He's a skinny and not so handsome, ugly boy.

Arrogant, difficult to deal with, idiot, stupid, self-centered. Annoying as shit. Bad friend, brawler. Sometimes he steals comics from Joe's comic book store. Sexist. Rude. Vulgar. Geek. He doesn't admit his mistakes. He treats his brothers badly. He denigrates women. In front of a very pretty woman he gets shy and doesn't know what to say, if he doesn't like her he just starts telling her that because she's a woman she's inferior. Emotionally dependent, insecure.
