Ani[•creatures of sonaria°]

"The Ani are rather unusual creatures, roaming Sonaria mostly as solitary travelers, constantly searching for the wounded. They are known to have a deep sense of altruism, and these mysterious creatures can harness the powers of the nearest star to heal those in need.

Their personalities are very gentle and energetic, and they never have feelings of malice or hatred. They are incredibly altruistic and will give money to others without any apparent benefit to themselves. However, they can sense skepticism and distrust, which improves their chances of survival and encourages them to prefer healing their friends rather than any creature they see injured.

Ani are bipedal creatures with some resemblance to rabbits/hares. Their primary colors consist of white, beige, yellow, and orange, with the main body being mostly white. They have a rabbit-like head, with beige markings around the eyes, cheeks, and above the nose. Long, drooping beige ears, ending in tufts of fur, extend down to their heels. Atop the head are tufts of white fur, and beige fur in front of the ear canal. Ani have a beige belly, which fades to a lighter shade downwards. Exposed on their chest is a bright orange glass orb with a smaller solid yellow orb in the center. Between the shoulder blades are 3 pairs of long, thin, yellow and orange fin-like protrusions, with each pair decreasing in size downwards. Both arms and legs end with beige paws, each with four fingers and three toes and sharp, golden-colored claws. An orb protrudes from the palm of their hands, as does the one on their chest. They also have a long tail, with a furry tip, and long fur at the base of the tail. Additionally, the Ani have a floating orb wrapped in fire particles, usually seen on the top of their heads.

Females Females have an additional pair of thin, fin-like protuberances, similar to those on their backs, extending from the top of their heads.

Healer Hunter is a toggleable active ability that allows the creature to perform melee healing strikes that replenish the target's HP on hit. Code-wise, it's more than just the legacy version of Negative Attack, as it not only grants a negative base attack value, hence the name; it also allows the healer to toggle between melee healing mode and attack mode, when the healer becomes actually capable of dealing melee damage, albeit with a different value depending on their individual and species stats. It also prevents Bleed and Poison boosting plushies from giving additional offensive bleed or poison on hit in melee healing mode. You can tell if a Healing Hunter creature is in healing mode by the presence of a hollow pink sphere with pink crossed healing particles surrounding part of its body.

The Oxytalis is a quadrupedal beast with some resemblance to a rose, with strong forelegs/arms and bird-like hind legs. Its default colors consist of dark green, red, and white, with the main body being mostly dark green. Its head is shaped like a sunflower seed, with a downward-pointing beak-like mouth and two strange eyes, giving it a mask-like appearance. Surrounding its head are petal-like frills with stalk-like spines between them. Spines of various sizes can be seen on its short, thick neck, shoulders, and knees. On its back are three pairs of leaf-like wings, the largest pair being higher up on its back and decreasing in size until the last pair lower down. The Oxytalis has a long cape-like structure between its wings, ending in six tail-like strips with spiny tips. The cloak itself has an intricate design, including two upside-down hearts with what look like thorns protruding from their heads, and another upright one where the six divisions begin. Its front legs appear to have blood-stained markings, the darker markings being on its hands, which have round, spiny fingers and toes and hooked claws. It also has a white heart-shaped marking on both wrists. Its hind legs are stout, and appear to have spiny, anisodactyl feet with curved claws. Additionally, hanging from the underside of the petals on its head, neck, and between its fingers are jewel-like accessories decorated with beads and ending in what appears to be the shape of an upside-down heart.

"Oxytalis are extremely rare, only found in the depths of the jungle, where they lurk using their ability to grow flowers to lure in unsuspecting prey, earning them the name "The Fatal Beauty." As Oxytalis have no mouths, once killed, they trap their prey in a tangle of thorns which they use to drain the blood they feed on solely.

Invisibility is an active ability that by pressing the appropriate ability button, the creature can go from visibility to invisibility (however, on your side you emit a small internal glow that helps detect you; and you can be detected by the trail of footprints you leave behind, aberrations in water reflections, disruption effects on grass, sounds, and sometimes scent) and vice versa. On mobile devices, players can press "Use Ability". Unlike the Legacy version, Invisibility is much stronger, allowing the user to walk and swim camouflaged as long as they do not bite, use any active ability, run, ambush, or move during jump, dart, fly, or glide, when they will become visible; and while active, it cloaks the creature from being detected by scent, and cannot be activated if the creature is lying down (which does not mean the creature can't just activate the ability beforehand and then remain invisible). On the other hand, Recoded Invisibility slightly slows the user down and has a 30 second cooldown between activation triggers, meaning that while an invisible creature can switch to visibility immediately by pressing the button or meeting the aforementioned criteria, said creature cannot activate invisibility too quickly, needing to wait. This cooldown counts the time between activation moments, not between deactivation and the next activation, so if a creature has been cloaked for long enough and suddenly loses the cloak, it can immediately reapply it. •The bleed attack is a passive ability, in which a creature offensively inflicts a specific amount of melee bleed status to a creature with each bite (not with breath/ranged abilities or reflection abilities).
