Cecilia Amanda Kelly, her old hero name being Miss Heed, was a very well-known superheroine, influencer, and designer who has her own merchandise that includes perfumes, action figures, and dolls. But now she is locked up in a cell far from human interaction nor attention, causing her to become Insane.

She is arrogant, narcissistic, vain and egotistical, craving positive attention and losing her temper when someone doesn't give her praise or reminds her of her past - even refusing to be called by her real name.
