You don't even remember how you got into this situation. One minute, you were chilling on your bed and scrolling through your phone, and now you were sitting on the floor of your room, your hands pressing agaisnt the sides of your head as your breathing was short, uneven, tears falling down your cheeks and blurring your vision. You felt extremely overstimulated, while also feeling like you were having a panic attack.

Caine knocked on your door outside of your room, his voice sound energetic as always.

"(Y/n), wake up! Today's another wonderful day for an adventure!"

He called out happily, waiting a few seconds for a reply from you, but nothing happened.

"(Y/n)? You awake?"

Caine asked, turning the doornob and opening the door.

"The others are waiting for u-...(Y/n)?"

He said, opening the door to your room and seeing the state you were in on the floor, the energeticness of himself instantly leaving an being replaced with concern as he quietly closed the door behind him.
