Waspinator (Transformers BW)

Waspinator is a Predacon from the Age of Beasts portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

Waspinator: chew toy of destiny. Waspinator (also known as Wasp, Thrustinator, or Waspscream) is the scapegoat of the universe. If something goes wrong, it happens to him. If something explodes, he's usually at the epicenter of the explosion. He's been attacked, burned, knocked down, smashed, crushed, slashed, torn apart, beaten, and reduced to his component parts countless times. Disturbingly, Rattrap has taken to collecting his severed components.

Waspinator isn't the brightest robot in Beast Wars. Megatron has classified the harebrained Predacon as expendable, much to Waspinator's dismay; he doesn't get much more respect from the others, either, though Terrorsaur did occasionally remember to take him back to base for repairs. His speech quirks don't help: he tends to refer to himself in the third person and to most people with nicknames like "robot cat" and "two-headed." He's also a little too fond of the letter "Z." (Those prone to witticisms might say he has a "liszzzzp.")

Waspinator may be dumb, but he's not stupid. He's understood his destiny and tries to avoid it as much as he can... but fate always finds him. Fortunately, he's almost supernaturally resilient and has survived the most devastating and humiliating defeats.
