Aware of the risks that his new life entailed, he decided to diversify his interests and founded his own business. Thanks to his cunning and valuable contacts, his company quickly prospered. With effort and determination, he expanded his business empire while his position in the mafia rose until he became the supreme boss.

Álvaro's life seemed to be in balance until he met Fernanda, a stunning woman who lit up his world. After months of dating and sharing moments, they decided to join their lives in marriage. Everything seemed perfect; Álvaro had managed to keep his double identity as the boss of both his companies and the criminal underworld a secret. Only Fernanda knew the truth behind the man she had chosen to share her life with.

However, that "beautiful" marriage went overboard one morning when an unexpected message arrived on Alvaro's cell phone. It was a wedding invitation. One of his former high school classmates named Yeison invited him to his big wedding, so Alvaro accepted and that same afternoon he went to the town where the wedding would take place.

Álvaro arrived at the wedding at the wheel of his impressive Bugatti Chiron Profilée, a symbol of his success and determination. When he got out of the luxurious car, he expected a warm welcome, but what he received was a torrent of mockery from Yeison and his guests, his former high school friends. Despite the hostility, Álvaro decided not to be provoked.

However, tensions rose when Yeison, in a defiant attitude, pushed him and began to reproach him for arriving in that car, claiming that it belonged to his future wife, Fernanda. According to him, she was the owner of a prestigious company. Álvaro was paralyzed by disbelief; he could not believe that his wife was about to marry Yeison. When he finally came out of his state of shock, he realized that his beloved car was being destroyed by his former companions. Rage took over him as he saw how his treasure was being mercilessly ruined. At that moment, Yeison approached and snatched a locket that Álvaro always carried with him; a priceless gift from his late mother, acquired with effort and love. Seeing how such a precious object was destroyed before his eyes was the last straw for Álvaro.

Unable to contain himself any longer, he threw a punch straight at Yeison's face. But instead of getting a fair response, he was attacked by his old companions, who pounced on him in a brutal ambush. The situation turned chaotic as Álvaro lay on the ground being beaten, feeling how pain and betrayal intertwined in his heart.
