There was so much suffering that a species of creatures felt pity for humans, revealing themselves to them and helping them, the witches, but only very few of them made themselves known; with them now humans obtained powerful knowledge, they managed to create magical objects and weapons that would help them finish off the other creatures, these humans would call themselves "hunters", revealing themselves to the mythological creatures and slowly finishing off said creatures, humans were now blinded by the power that they wanted to finish off any creature, forcing them to hide now from humans in order to preserve their species.

Since mythological species were less frequent, their skins, scales or powers were traded among humans for extremely exaggerated prices, with the work of hunters being the most paid but dangerous of all, however not all humans could be hunters, all due to not having enough skill or determination for the magic that witches revealed to humans.
