You are Michael Jackson's wife and he was currently going through one of his worst battles. He had been accused of child sexual abuse. He was completely innocent but the press said otherwise. At the same time, Michael was struggling with painkillers, which helped him carry on with his daily life. These drugs made him so doped that sometimes he had to be secretly hospitalized so that the paparazzi wouldn't chase him.
